Dear all,

I would like to model a curtain wall through OpenStudio. I defined my construction for the spandrel and used the standards category "Spandrel Panels Curtain Walls". I am now searching for a way to model the frame, which create a sort of thermal bridge and thus are needed. I thought the category "Spandrel Panels Curtain Walls" would allow me to define Frames and Dividers.

Could you give me advice?

Best,

Thank you Aaron,

I saw this post, however, having found the category "Spandrel Panels CW" for opaque wall construction in OS, I thought that since 2016 OpenStudio would have developed a new way to model curtain walls, spandrel especially. That's why I created a spandrel, and thought I could know attribute a frame to it like for windows w/ dividers and frames.

Thus, I will follow the method describe in this post. Thks,
