Is there any Measure to calculate thermal energy demand intensity (TEDI) in openstudio?

@yashar it looks like @MA_Meilleur was able to calculate TEDI, since they mentioned TEDI values in this post. Maybe they are willing to share how they did that and if it was through a Measure?
