What should I do when Server Status from Parametric Analysis Tool is always offline?

I have already try to remove firewall, download other OpenStudio version. But, the status has never changed.

This is what appears when I open Toggle Developer Tools

are you running manual or algorithmic mode? local or remote? have you tried the /window/Server Tools/ menu options to start a server?

Manual and local. I've tried it, but it still offline.

does this file exist? C:/ParametricAnalysisTool-3.0.1/pat/OpenStudio-server/bin/openstudio_meta are there files in the C:/ParametricAnalysisTool-3.0.1/pat/OpenStudio-server/ directory?

I din't find none of these two.

how did you install PAT? did you use the .exe installer from here https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-PA... ?

No. I downloaded the .exe intaller from OpenStudio website (https://www.openstudio.net/downloads)

Can you try and reinstall from the github site. Those directories should not be empty.
