what is the term "Cp" in cavity heat balance equation?

I'm reading the Exterior Naturally Vented Cavity. (PDF)

May I ask what is the term Cp as shown in the equation to solve the cavity air temperature.

Cp is the specific heat capacity of the fluid which would be air in this case (units J/kg.K).
