Weather File Error:GenOpt3.1
Hello, I am trying to run GenOpt 3.1 for optimizing green roof parameters in E+ 8.4. I went through the tutorials created by Julien Marrec. Somehow it is not able to find the weather file that I have entered and it is giving me the following error. I checked that the weather file was in my working directory and I tried to change the path and the weather file itself a number of times plus there are no spaces in my weather file name. Also, there is no error when I run the idf standalone. The error says:

What could be possibly wrong?
