Hi all,

I'm using the 'ZoneVentilation:WindandStackOpenArea' object in OS and note there are tolerances which window operation is based on such as (temp, wind speed). However, the particular climate I am modelling in is humid and I was hoping to limit window operation relative to an upper outside humidity figure. The 'ZoneVentilation: WindandStackOpenArea' does not appear to include an option for this, does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Perhaps the software team should / could add this function to the option?

Many thanks,

Jack

Hi, I am not a professional with E+, but I suppose you could use someway a Energy Management System to work with the schedule controlling the window opening fraction and set it with a sensor based on outdoor humidity or a difference between indoor and outdoor humidity

Thanks! Although my understanding is I need to set up an air flow network model to do that. I shall have a look now
