How to set a heating thermostat that corresponds to a minimum temperature in the selected model (17°C then 20°C depending on the hours as shown in the picture). Also how to set a cooling thermostat corresponding to a maximum temperature, it works in the same way as the first thermostat.

I would also like to disable the cooling system during the day.

I would also like to know if we have the possibility to vary the activity of the people according to the hour in a house for example, surely with the help of schedules I think.

For the heating and cooling thermostat schedule you will need to create the default schedule and then add priority overrides based on date. Here is an example: https://youtu.be/RsLllMkMjqQ?t=11m20s For disable cooling, you will also need to create an on/off schedule. Make sure to assign that schedule as your cooling equipment availability schedule. For activity, there are two types of schedules. One schedule is for assigning the number of people in the space. This schedule is fractional from 0% to 100% occupancy. Another schedule is for assigning activity level, typically as watts per person. I would recommend importing some of the space types available in the libraries for good examples on how to apply these.
