Output data visualization during simulation in E+!
Hi all,
Is there any software or E+ addin to run in parallel with EnergyPlus in order to have a graphical variation of my outputs during the simulation? For exp like Trnsys simulation!

Ah, got it. If you're interested in output variables and not summary reports, then you want to create plots by accessing the ESO file and have it update as the simulation progresses. I am not sure if the ESO file is updated each timestep or written only at the end of a simulation, so I'll let EnergyPlus development team members confirm. @MJWitte@JasonGlazer@MarkAdams@Jason DeGraw

EnergyPlus writes output variables and output meters to the ESO file after each simulation. You can access the ESO file with many tools (xEsoView, Results Viewer, etc.). EnergyPlus also writes this data to an SQL file, which has many tools to read and view as well. I would recommend searching for "eso file viewer" or "energyplus sql file" on Unmet Hours.
