BSDF SHGC (solar heat gain coefficient)
HI everyone, I am working with BSDF files exported from the LBNL WINDOW software in energyplus. I have a list of 145 values for the solar heat gain coefficient. I am trying to figure out the following:
1) is there a way to figure out at which hour of the year which of the 145 values is being used during the simulation? 2) how does energyplus deal with the matrix --> does energyplus actually use the SHGC values to run energy simulations or does merely take the values for reflectance and transmission into account?
