Hi there! I'm making my end of grade work about a NZEB (Nearly Zero Emission Building) and I'm using OpenStudio to model this. As I'm not capable to do this right now I would like to know if someone can help me and upload a file of a NZEB so I can have more information about how to model it. Thanks anyways!

Here is a a guide and a PAT project for zero energy schools, and here is a guide and PAT project for zero energy office buildings. This includes some measures used for the technical analysis for the ASHRAE zero energy and 50% guides. The documentation was developed as a resource for Solar Decathlon Design Challenge students.

You should be able to run this as it is once downloading it, and then replace the seed model with your design, and then re-run. You can also alter other characteristics as appropriate.
