The spaces are getting in the 50s because the night manager is not turning on the multi-zone HVAC system which serves VAVs. Can someone tell me if i'm doing this wrong or if there is something wrong with the software? I have verified in DVIEW that the unmet hours occur during the vacant hours. There seems to be some issues with these "lists" that keep getting referenced, but from what i understand OpenStudio doesn't support the use/creating/editing of lists for multi-zone systems so i'm not sure if that is part of the issue or not. It does work fine or my single zone system. I will try to upload photos.UnmetHours NightManager AirLoopConfig DVIEWReport OptimalStart

If you haven't already, try an HVAC Operation Schedule that comes on an hour before occupancy.

That will not help much, i have added the DVIEW report showing the rooms getting into the 40s. You can also see it needs heat on the weekends and the pre-start won't happen until Monday morning which is too late.

The AVM OptimumStart AHU1 has priority over the night cycle, so what's that one doing?

Ok i have added that config but i don't think it has any effect on the weekend and night operation. Note that the OpStart also doesn't support lists in OS (so i'm told) so i had to pick one zone but even that doesn't work. But this posting is about the nightmanager primarily so i don't want to get off topic.

Probably best to provide a link to your model if possible so someone can take a look because there are too many things that can cause unmet hours.
