My OpenStudio can't find DVIEW. Do i have to install it separately? Where do i get it from? I searched the openstudio and energyplus folder for DVIEW. and nothing was returned.

I was able to find DVIEW at this location and it seems to work.

Yup! I just downloaded and used the github link you provided at it worked fine. I sent an email to the NREL building lab website to see if they could put that download back on their main page.

Adding this answer as I don't remember seeing it before. This link, which directs you to a NREL page about the BEopt (Building Energy Optimization Tool). Apparently, DView is provided with BEopt and they have conveniently added some linked for just downloading DView.

Dview is available in the /bin directory of your OpenStudio program directory for OpenStudio version <3.0.0. It is not included with OS 3.0.0.

[EDIT:] [Dview can be downloaded here](https://beopt.nrel.gov/downloadDView).

Hello, I updated the OpenStudioApplication release notes to reflect that Dview is no longer distributed with OpenStudioApplication as of v1.0.0 in an effort to help simplify the maintainability of the App moving forward. Dview is available to download via the official distribution at https://beopt.nrel.gov/downloadDView.

For some reason (21-01-2022) the https://beopt.nrel.gov/downloadDView redirects to https://www.nrel.gov/buildings/beopt.... Searching for "Dview" on NREL site also yields no useful download results: https://search4.nrel.gov/texis/search...
