I have found the absorptance of reflective paints and tried to input in 'Material'. However, there is error if I do not input the conductivity and specific heat. What can I do if I want to find the a/c cooling load by changing reflective coating on external wall?

Instead of creating a new material, you can modify the outermost material of the existing construction for the exterior walls. Change its absorptance while retaining most the rest of the material properties (i.e., conductivity and specific heat).
