Can anyone provide a simple idf example file showing how to implement the new in 9.2 pre-conditioner object?

The new AirLoopHVAC:DedicatedOutdoorAirSystemobject is shown in SmallOffice_CentralDOAS.idf as found in \ExampleFiles\ExampleFiles-ObjectsLink.html. If any other questions need answering use UnmetHours.com or energyplus-support@gard.com.
