EnergyPlus Cooling Tower and Heat Exchanger

I'm fairly new to EnergyPlus and this kind of simulations but I am currently trying to setup a small simulation. I have a small building/room with a baseboard heater, a low temperature radiant system and also an air terminal. The simulation runs but I get 2 errors and a lot of warnings. The errors are no problem, I know how to handle them but I have no clue how to get rid of the warning. The warnings are regarding the heat exchanger and cooling tower I used. I tried using different input values but I keep getting this warnings. Can anyone help me? How do I get rid of these warnings?
