An existed Energyplus multi zone HVAC model

Can someone propose to me an existed Energyplus multi zone building with electric HVAC system (zone PTAC) . I will use this model with matlab co-simulation and I want to control the setpoion in every zone. Thanks for your time

You can take a look at the PackagedTerminalAirConditioner.idf file from the example files in your default EnergyPlus installation at C:\EnergyPlusV9-2-0\ExampleFiles. If you do not have them in your machine, you can find it here on GitHub.
