issue to load weather file data

Hi all

I have new issue. As previously I had trouble to work with sketch up plug -open studio plug in I did uninstall both and again installed. I have sketch upmake 2017 and Open studio 2.9. I first installed sketch up make and then open studio. However previously I had no issue to upload the weather file data which I got from the link given in the open studio. Now after the new installation I am not able to load those weather file. It saying failed to set weather file.. what could be the reason?
