Hello,

I’m a student at the university of Ghent in Belgium, I’m currently working on a study about natural ventilation. For this study i would like the couple CONTAM with Energy+ to perform combined simulations. I’ve used the CONTAM user guide to set up the coupling process. When i try to simulate the IDF file, I get this error:

* Severe * ExternalInterface: Simulation model has no variable "ZONE MEAN AIR HUMIDITY RATIO" with key "1_KAMER". * Fatal * ExternalInterface/StopExternalInterfaceIfError: Error in ExternalInterface: Check EnergyPlus *.err file.

How can I solve this problem? Thank you in advance
