OpenStudio: HVAC selection for building in oceanic temperate climate

Using OpenStudio to model a building for research on building envelope. Looking for suggestions for standard/typical HVAC systems to use in a temperate climate. Have little knowledge of HVAC and want to implement a simple system commonly used. Want to focus on building envelope.
