I would like to Model a water supplier building without any HVAC.A Water piping pass through the room, which is 15C all the time. I would like to get inside temperature, dew point and relative humidity with considering this pipinng but I do not know exactly what should I do? Should I define an extra cooling equipment (Other equipment option and how ) or is there other solution? I would be so gratful if you could give me some advise.

Have you looked at the Pipe:Indoor object. The pipe should transfer heat to the zone it's in.
