OpenStudio freezing from Geometry Tab troubleshooting

Importing an IDF into OpenStudio and viewing the geometry tab, and all the other tabs, works fine on one computer. On a different computer, clicking the geometry tab for the same IDF freezes Openstudio. The other tabs function correctly, but I have to exit OpenStudio once I click the geometry tab to unfreeze OpenStudio. Is there any place I can look for what's causing the malfunction? I figure I don't have some other software installed that OpenStudio needs, but I have no idea what to look for.

Does the computer with the problem have an NVIDIA graphics card? If so, see the OpenStudio troubleshooting page.

@shorowit I do not have an NVIDIA graphics card. Nor does the CPU have integrated graphics. The computer is actually a server we bought for running 24 EnergyPlus simulations simultaneously. I think the graphics are handled by the motherboard. (Dell PowerEdge R720 which uses Integrated Matrox G200) Is OpenStudio too intensive to use with a bare minimum graphics card?

@shorowit Any ideas? Error files? Log files?: Something like that generated by Openstudio? I'm the closest thing to an EnergyPlus expert at my work, and debugging EnergyPlus and OpenStudio on individual computers versus one computer would really decomplicate my life.
