What themal zones to add to the Air Loop System?

Hi, I'm new to OS and I created an office building that comprizes almost 100 spaces and each space has its thermal zone. Which one(s) should I add to the air loop system? Also, do I add them to the mixer or the splitter? I'd appreciate any help
