HVAC Object conversion from DOE2.3 to EnergyPlus
Hello, I am trying to convert the objects from DOE2.3 building description language to EnergyPlus format. I could convert all the non-HVAC objects such as geometry, internal gains etc., but the HVAC and equipment section of the EnergyPlus input data are more complex and could not convert them. Can anyone please direct me or help me find which EnergyPlus objects are suitable for the following DOE2.3 SYSTEM object? Where does the data in the fields of following SYSTEM object go? Also, I did not find the list of nodes for the HVAC system in DOE2.3 file. Do I have to create a new set of nodes? I have 32 zones and 6 Systems in DOE2.3 file. Can I get the node connection diagram from any visualization software or interface? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!
