Cooling systems not working

I am trying to analyze the use of a heat pump system in a cooling only scenario using energy plus. However, the interior temperatures are always greater than the outdoor temperatures. I tried running another simulation but using an ideal load system. I still get the same type of results. In urgent need of help. Thanks a lot.
