DOE MidRise Apartment Heat Pump Simulation

Hello, I'm trying to compare the heating, cooling, and electricity differences for the DOE Mid-rise apartment building with a heat pump and without a heat pump. I at first tried this in EnergyPlus by using the IDF Editor to change the Coil:Heating:WatertoAirHeatPump:ParameterEstimation. However, I'm coming up with a lot of errors when I insert the parameters. It was suggested that I switch to OpenStudio or DesignBuilder for a default heat pump setting. My question is how I would do this in either OpenStudio or DesignBuilder? Are there ways to run a default heat pump with the DOE MidRise Apartment Building (for San Francisco) in either? I tried in OpenStudio but it fails to run.
