Subject: Air flow network applicability

We are working on a residential apartment project which is naturally ventilated. Can we use only wind and stack to model bedroom natural ventilation? Living room is ventilated with an open kitchen.can we use zone cross mixing here? For the above case, is it required to model air flow network?
