How to solve the error ** Severe ** DetermineShadowingCombinations: There are 4 surfaces which are casting surfaces and are non-convex.

I am a beginner to energy plus, and each time I tried to run a energy simulation of a house, it gives this error * Severe * DetermineShadowingCombinations: There are 4 surfaces which are casting surfaces and are non-convex. Please let me know how to solve this
