Control the heating loads
How can I control just the heating loads and not the cooling loads when using underfloor heating system in EnergyPlus.

what do you mean 'control the heating loads' heating load is a property of the energy balance in the space and is influenced by many things. Do you mean how to control when there is hot water flow in the low temperature radiant zone hvac object in EnergyPlus?
I mean that I just want to control the heating period I dont want to control the cooling period (in summer). Can I just turn off the thermostat in summer? If so, how can I do it?
just set your thermostat to a very high or low value - 105 F for cooling, 40F for heating, and the system will probably never run
