Could someone provide the differences between the "Equipment Summary", "HVAC Sizing Summary" and the "Component Sizing Summary" reports. Which one Would I use to determine the size of the equipment and for LEED reporting. In that case what is the application of the other two reports.

The HVAC Sizing Summary follows the flow of the EnergyPlus sizing calculations - zone sizing, system sizing, plant sizing.

The Component Sizing Summary is organized by component type and include many of the same values from the HVAC Sizing Summary plus other details about the components.

For a high-level summary of nominal or rated capacities of key components, see the Equipment Summary report. This lists major plant components, coils, fans, pump, and water heaters.
