I'm putting an eco roof in a building and the results won't come out on DView. I'm tring to measure the difference of surface temperatures (internal and external) from the new roof to a regular one, but I wouldn't say that this is a large project. There's any option I could have the outputs only for the temperatures from some surfaces?

I'm trying to use tableau to get those surface temperatures, but it has been very hard to get the temperature results I want out of it, since I don't have any knowledge in this software. I there other option or tutorial?

what do you mean "the results won't come out on DView"? At the very least, you can export out temperature values to a .csv value and do analysis in a spreadsheet.

DView won't open even after several minutes of waiting.

Depending on the amount of output variables you have, DView could take 10min+ to load and render your data. Try opening DView standalone (outside of the app), then navigate to the results .sql file and load it from there. If the time it takes to open is still too irksome, you will need to remove some output variable requests from your model. I'd suggest specifying specific surface names when you are requesting surface temperatures. Exporting all surface temperatures from a model could be a lot of data.
