I'm simulating a small room in Denmark and I'm going to add a heat pump system as well as PCM. To know the nominal capacity of the heat pump system i want to know first the power required by the building. Does anyone which output shoul I use?

I don't know if I understood you well, but you can simulate your room with an ideal heating system, where you only define the heating setpoint as well as a schedule for it. As an output you'll choose Ideal system heating rate. This is of course an ideal system and gives you an approximate under perfect conditions.

Hi! Thank you for answering. But I still do not understand how to introduce an ideal heat pump. I do not know anyone who can help me and I’m a little bit overwhelmed. When I simulate the heating setpoint (20-25) the system can not resch those temperatures and somehow change the setpoints to 16.

Ok, try using the object ZoneHVAC:IdealLoadsAIrSystem. There you'll define some basic parameters of the ideal system as well as an availability schedule. If you look in the example files as well as in the Input/Output Reference, you should get a good idea of how it works. In order to control the ideal system, you will also need a Thermostat. There are different ways on how you can model this. The simplest would be to set a constant heating and/or cooling setpoint, or you can define it via schedule. Hope this helps.
