DOE Reference and Prototype Buildings -- how to combine?

Hi -- looking for assistance or ideas of how one would go about combining the DOE reference and prototype buildings to create a new class of reference building (eg. Mixed Use, with some Retail and some Large Office) to model in EnergyPlus.

We should have measures on BCL soon that allow you to apply load, schedules, constructions, HVAC systems and other model elements to custom single or mixed use custom building layouts. It is a bit of a hybrid of the create prototype and create baseline measures. This post describes it in more detail
