Error when trying to start simulation: Unable to delete the directory ....../TEMP1 perhaps file is in use? [closed]

I have not been able to make BEopt work. I deleted the programe and installed again but it does not fix the problem. I checked the TEMP1 file and it is empty. Also, I am not able to delete the file manually because it asked for a network connection, although I am already on internet.
