My Dehumidifier is not working

I made a HVAC system which contain Dehumidifier:Desiccant:System, HeatExchanger:Desiccant:BalancedFlow, HeatExchanger:AirToAir:FlatPlate, DX Cooling Coil . I want to model Desiccant assisted HeatExchanger and Cooling Coil. But my Dehumidifier and HeatExchanger:AirToAir:FlatPlate are not working. Removed water flow rate is zero and HeatExchanger's cooling and heating rate is zero I think that Secondary air Part has problem. What do you think about it? Please help me
