I made a system with low temperature radiant floor and Heat exchanger desiccant system. Heat exchanger desiccant operated with a DX cooling coil for dehumidify and cooling, this is the HVAC air system, and radiant system, this is the plant loop, served as a secondary cooling device at summer and primary heating system at winter. Thermostats were set as 20 and 26 degree at summer and winter, respectively. The heating/cooling control temperature schedules were also set as 20 and 26 degree at summer and winter, respectively. Air Terminal :Single duct :uncontrolled worked as HVAC air system's,desiccant+ DX cooling coil, terminal machine and combined with low temperature radiant system in the Zone HVAC :Equipment list. I compared with example files when established this system. I guess my system is same as the example file, so I cannot understand why my radiant system don't have the heating rate. I've been struggling with this problem for one month, so I need your help. I have no other ideas to solve this problem. Thanks for your attention and looking forward your help. Welcome everybody to comment.

We need a lot more information on your model to be able to assist.

Please include the low temperature radiant loop inputs, a graph of the zone mean air temperatures, and a link to a copy of your model.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your radiant system model in EnergyPlus. It's hard to tell what exactly is causing the problem so I'm not sure I can recommend a specific course of action at this time. There a lot of things that you can check though as there are a lot of potential issues. Are you receiving any error messages in the .err file? If not, make sure that your radiant system is using the correct controls. Are you receiving any heating from another system? What are the zone air temperatures during heating season? If your zone temperatures are controlled to the proper temperatures, then another system might be meeting the load. If not, then you have to look elsewhere. Have you checked the availability schedules of the heating equipment? It would be easy to have accidentally given something the wrong schedule and have no heating available. Likewise, is the radiant heating system available during the winter? When you say that your file is the same as an example file, which file is yours similar to and what are the differences between your file and the example file? I am not aware of any issues that would prevent a radiant system from heating in EnergyPlus so that is why I am trying to look for issues in your input file first. The more detail you share the more likely it is that one of us can help figure out what is causing this problem.
