SetpointManager:OutdoorAirReset

I'm using the "SetpointManager:OutdoorAirReset" but it not working. The temperature of chiller outlet was not controlled. When I simulated in the 8.3 version was working, but after I upgrade to the version 9.1 this control didn't work more.

This is the control I am using:

Output in version 9.1 C:\fakepath\Modelo9.1.PNG

@javierdv it would be more helpful to see screen shots of the timestep outputs instead of the raw text (it doesn't format too well on Unmet Hours). You should have enough karma points now to upload images to your question.
