You would place the heating coil in the outdoor air system equipment list. Not all coil types are allowed. For example, a DX coil would need to be wrapped in a CoilSystem object. Coils in the outdoor air system are always set point based control, meaning that a set point manager is used to place a temperature set point at the coil outlet node.
