Are there any program that is equilvalent to BEopt but with British Standards ?

I'm using BEopt for some academic research studies on near-zero-energy buildings in Ireland, and the standards used in Beopt are all American Standards with no option to use British Standards or European Standards for the purpose of my studies, as well the Metric Units instead of the Imperial Units.

I tried to search for a similar program but wasn't lucky.

So did anyone hear about any application that is equivalent to BEopt that is developed and has the British Standards/European Standards built into it? I would be so grateful for any piece of info about this.
