Hello everyone,

I am modeling a 7 story office building for LEED v3 compliance. I am trying to use the "Create Baseline Building" measure but every time I get the following error:

"ERROR The run failed with the following severe or fatal errors: GetInternalHeatGains: Lights="OFFICE:CLOSEDOFFICE:DIRECTOR0050_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Lights="OFFICE:ELEC/MECHROOM:MECANICNT5-7_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Lights="OFFICE:IT_ROOM:IT1_0_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Lights="OFFICE:OPENOFFICE:WORKSTATIONS0012_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Lights="OFFICE:PRINTROOM:COPY0041_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Lights="OFFICE:RESTROOM:RESTROOM1_0_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Lights="OFFICE:STAIR:STAIRS1_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Lights="QUICKSERVICERESTAURANT:KITCHEN:PANTRY0037_0_LIGHTSOBJECT", Sum of Fractions > 1.0\nGetInternalHeatGains: Errors with invalid names in ElectricEquipment objects. ...These will not be read in. Other errors may occur.\nGetInternalHeatGains: Errors found in Getting Internal Gains Input, Program Stopped"

I have tried modifying the values in the lights definitions and replacing them with the "Swap Lights Definition" measure without success.

Does anyone have any idea on how I should resolve this problem?

Thanks in advance Best Arturo Reyes

what are the radiant, visible, and return air fractions on your lighting objects in those zones?

From my initial model, they were all 0. But I have tried all combinations I could find in older posts for LED lights without success.

are you able to share your model? what standards space type definition to you have listed in those spaces?

link text Here is the link, and the standards space types are as shown in the image: link text

I've experienced this error in 2.7.0, which was because OSS uses/changes some but not all fractions so the baseline model ends up with a total > 1.0. If I remember correctly I was able to work around it by setting the Return Air Fraction to 0.
