TABLE G3.1.1A Baseline System Selection

Hello,

What is in your opinion the baseline for the following building:

Floor area:10,200 sqm (109,600 sqft) Floors: 5 above grade, mostly conditioned. 2 above ground parking, mostly unconditioned- Floor arrangement (G+Parking+Parking+4).

What should be the system type 6 or system 8 as per TABLE G3.1.1A (based on building heating)?
