How to get the actual solar data from weather data?

I am trying to develop an actual weather file for simulation, so I need Global solar (wh/m2), normal solar, diffuse solar. My weather data is from NOAA. it only shows HourlySkyConditions and HourlyVisibility. I was wondering if there is any resource I can get the actual solar data, or anyway I can calculate it? Thanks ~

This has been brought before in some other questions. It looks like the better way to get the AMY files is to purchase it from White Box Technologies.

Thanks. I went through the question before, but get no answer how to achieve the solar data for simulation. I have other weather data like temperature or RH. The white box technologies only have data till 2017, I would like some more current data....but I am interested in how or where do they get the solar data, so I may purchase something new.

It looks like they use some proprietary workflow to achieve it.
