I received expidf file and need to modify plant loop configuration. I know it is possible to change plant loop configuration in expidf file but really difficult using IDF editor. Are there any easy method to modify plant loop configuration in expidf file? (e.g. method to import to OpenStudio etc)

There is no "easy"/graphical way to do this, Openstudio won't let you import and modify the HVAC system. Most likely this will require a direct change to the IDF using a text editor. What exactly are you trying to change in the plant loop configuration?

Understand. I want to change the plant configuration from primary constant to primary/secondary configuration

I recommend looking at Example System 3: Primary/Secondary Pumping in the Plant Application Guide and the associated example file (PlantApplicationsGuide_Example3.idf).
