How to model interior window?

I am trying to model atrium space with EnergyPlus.
Since atrium space is separated by glazing with other zone, I want to model interior window as shown in below image. In this case, can we just model windows at two side of adjacent surface?

You can just specify a Window:Interzone object (reference) in the interior surface of the atrium the same way that you would do a window on an exterior surface. If you specify the adjacent zone and it will automatically generate the corresponding interior window in the adjacent zone.

As a side note to the geometry that you are showing, Energyplus won't like your non-convex surfaces(reference). You may want to correct it.
