I'm doing my thesis, its about office building with central air conditioner. I still learn about using OS, I don't know what should set to get the cooling load in OS. Anyone can help explain that step by step. or can I get an example osm file like that?

Most of the time I autosize my system first and do a couple of engineer checks to make sure that my people,lightning,equipment, schedules etc... have some consistent values; then after i run my model on the HVAC Systems TAB and then on the right side of the UI (user inerface) when you select a piece of equipment you could edit and imput the values that you need.
