I've been working with OpenStudio for a few days, for a course i need to do. The assignment is a 2 zone building, with specific walls designed with specific characteristic, and at the end, we need to do 2 graphics with cooling values and heating values. I did the model, set a user profile, etc, when it came to the simulation, again everything ok (the weather File was given by the professor). The simulation did ok, but when i tried to open the Excel File with the values, the heating system and cooling system said #value!. What does this mean and how can i correct it? *I forgot to mention that i also use the Plugin BestEnergy. To see the Excel i have to go to the option "HVAC and Primary Energy". I attached a photo of the excel file with the missing data.image description

excel file? there is a standard .html output file, and sometimes a .csv file of timeseries results if you request it, but there isn't a .xlsx file in the EnergyPlus/OpenStudio standard outputs.

I forgot to mention that we also use BestEnergy as a plugin. To open the Excel we have to go to HVAC and Primary Energy and it opens it automatically. I put here a screen shot of the excel file. This problem is happening not only to me but to a lot of my colleagues, and we've redone the model at leats 3 times now, and the problem persists.

I'm not familiar with the BestEnergy plugin. It could be there is an issue with the macros in that plugin. I suggest reading the values directly from the EnergyPlus output .html file.
