Hi, I have installed SketchUp Make 2017 and OpenStudio 2.7.0 in MacOs High Sierra and when i press the "Run" button in OpenStudio nothing happens, not even a message. Only the progress bar becomes green but no more.

If that osm file is executed in another computer it works perfectly.

Any ideas how to fix or what the problem is?

Next to your OSM file is a directory of the same name. Is there a run directory in that and if so, what files are in it and are the dates recent enough to be from recent run. If they appear to be old then throw away the run directory and try to run again. Also does the concole in the run tab show any indication of activity.

the console displays nothing but the progress bar becomes green (like when you finish and is the execution is OK) and the folder is empty all the time.

Is it possible you have a very long path to where your model is saved, or special characters in the path. Try copying the OSM (and the directory with it) to something close to the top level of the hard drive or your user account and see if that makes a difference.

the user name had a longnamewithlastname, no special characters in the path, but i created a special account with short name (login:db) to discard that, same result in the new account with short name.
