Specific Heat of CMU

In Openstudio, when I downloaded the 8" Concrete Block, whatever solid grouted or unreinforced cells empty, the higher the density is, from 105 to 115 to 125 lb/ft3, the lower the specific heat is. But from the "Guide to Thermal Properties of Concrete and Masonry Systems" or other codes, its opposite. Normally higher concrete density means higher specific heat. Why is that? Or say what codes are the components from online library refer?
