when I use the Designbuilder, I want to use Detailed HVAC system.So I enter the 'Model option data' and choose the Detailed HVAC system. And I double click the 'HVAC system',but I can't access the HVAC edit screen.

First check you have a licence for "Detailed HVAC", which is an additional module. You will be able to see your module licences from the licence option in the Help menu at the top of the screen. If you do have a licence I suggest you view the free online tutorials that will take you through the HVAC basics step by step.
