I get this severe error in my Model for surface mismatch

Severe ** FenestrationSurface:Detailed="SUB SURFACE 5", invalid blank Outside Boundary Condition Object
** ~~~ ** ...when Base surface uses "Surface" as Outside Boundary Condition Object, subsurfaces must also specify specific surfaces in the adjacent zone.
** Severe ** GetSurfaceData: Subsurface="SUB SURFACE 5" is an adiabatic surface in an Interzone base surface="SURFACE 3"
** ~~~ ** ...calculations for heat balance would be compromised.

Open inspection the surface 5 is a surface of interzone wall with surface 16 of adjacent wall. Somehow it converted to a window transparent instead of remaining a wall after the surface match through plugin.

However, I fail to understand how to fix this or even undo this.

I got it fixed by redoing the surface matching.
