U-value of glazing facade and non transparent parts between storeys

I model a building with glazing facade, U=0,9. What u-value should I set for the façade at the height of the ceiling? Because this part of the façade is non transparent and the setting U-value as for a window does not reflect reality. Some advice to how should I treat 'non transparent strips' between storeys?
